  This has been mylab for along time. Staff was always helpful and had been nice even when they had trouble getting ablood draw. When Iwas there last Thursday along with myniece, the kiosk would not let some ofus signin. Myniece signed inwithout aproblem Iwas next. When the phlebotomist came Itold her what the problem was she said she would help meafter she got through with myniece. The next phlebotomist came tothe door asked for number 9and then told uswe can't take you ina veryshort-toned voice Iwas very disappointed atthat point that there was nosign oranything that explained tothe patients that wehad tohave anappointment for those ofus that don't have transportation toand from onour own it's very difficult sometimes toget tothelab. Ifthat's the case then itneeds tobe something showing that itthat goes byappointment only. Very disappointed with this visit… – show

  Rude staff..... came inno one was here was told tomake anappointment.. she was very short and rude. Came inthe next day for my“appointment “and both staff members had attitudes and rude. Iunderstand the pandemic has alot ofplaces short staffed however, noneed tobe rude tocustomers who aren’t rude orbeing obnoxious!!!! Iwill never visit this location again

  went very early inmorning and was turned away.. they said ineeded anappointment.. nobody was there… ishould ofbeen able togetin.. ionly needed bloodwork for myheart doctor… now ihave tomake anappointment..

  Long waits and rude staff

  I have been tothis location several times. Iusually govery early inthe morning. Nowaiting and the staff are ALWAYS professional and very nice. Iwouldn't hesitate torecommend this location.

  Place isa joke, appointment at345, Isit inthe waiting room until afew minutes past 4and then they tell methey don’t dodrug screens past 4when they were the ones who had mesitting inthe waiting area until after4. Ifyou need adrug screen for ajob and this isyour only place togo you’re better off staying unemployed.

  Not very professional. Unimpressed and annoyed that Ihave tocome back here. The staff member calling people back from the waiting room has some ofthe most atrocious customer service skills Ihave seen and iseither indesperate need ofretraining orbelongs behind the scenes. The way she addressed the two women waiting before mewas sowholly inappropriate that I’m offended ontheir behalf and feel they are owed anapology from this site. I’m also very dissatisfied with the way inwhich Iwasdismissed. Fix this. 2/15/21@1630… – show

  The lady who drew myblood was very unprofessional and rude. There was amisunderstanding with mylab orders and instead oftelling meoptions orworking with meshe just kept repeating the same information very rudely more orless insinuating there was nothing she could dountil Ihad mylab order inhand. Another lady was called inand she was very helpful with offering meher email soI could send her mylab order and Icould have itprinted off thatway. After the helpful one left the employee that was drawing myblood wouldn’t say aword tome until she was done, then said your done. Not goodbye not have agood day absolutely nothing. Then she dropped myblood vial onthe floor twice! Iwill not begoing back!!… – show

  So when you call upto the store, the person that answers the door states that it’s open at7:00amand the sign onthe door says7:00am. However, wehad tofind out from another patient that they donot open until8:00am. Then when you gointo the self check instation hoping topractice social distancing byjust waiting outside the lobby, they donot call you ortextyou. You are forced tostay ina waiting room less than 4ft away from people. Then they call walk-ins that have been there afteryou. This isthe worse Quest that Ihave ever been into. Inow would rather waste the gas togo toanother facility.… – show
