Political Persecution—A Threat To Us All (1)

A Rare Admission

In a Breitbart News article by Ian Hanchett on June 22, 2024, former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, during the online “Overtime” segment of Friday's broadcast of HBO's “Real Time with Bill Maher,” argued that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's case against 2024 President Donald Trump and New York Attorney GeneralLetitia James's (D) case against Trump, were bad cases that shouldn't have been brought and wouldn't have been brought if they were about anyone other than Trump and if Trump wasn't a presidential candidate.

Demagogues and Their Lies

Folks, I don't care what your label is; whenever and wherever there is injustice, it threatens us all. Once the judiciary system is corrupted and used to punish people for whatever they don't like about you, then no one is safe. This is what they do in communist countries, and that same mindset has exterminated over 100 million people in the last 100 years. Leftists, who have overtaken the Democrat Party, are of that same corrupt and murderous mindset. If they can’t make you bend the knee, they will eventually kill you. The history of the last 100 years is my incontrovertible proof.

These types of power-hungry, corrupt people, governed by no moral standard other than their own made-up one, will always resort to violence and destroy lives. That is just who they are. That is what they do.

Now, they unfortunately get elected, and that is because they are expert demagogues, and stupid people fall for the demagogic lies. They promise you everything but deliver you nothing but a loss of your freedoms. If it were not for the greed of the people, the demagogues would never find a home. Nevertheless, the Left’s policies always fail. So, to keep from being thrown out of office, they seize more power and suppress your rights so you cannot mount a counteroffensive against them. That’s why they are coming for your guns. And again, if necessary, they will kill you, and we have 100 years of history as proof.

Efforts To Enslave You

Here are a few examples of what they have done within the last year to enslave you:

Our children have been and are being indoctrinated with CRT and DEI in their schools. Our kids have fallen behind the rest of the world. They are being brainwashed into compliance, and you are paying for it.
Catholics were spied on and seen as a threat by our leftist FBI and DOJ. What a shock that this is going on in plain view. Fifty years ago, these folks would end up in jail for such a violation of one's constitutional rights.There is no accountability.
Biden declared Easter Day as Transgender Awareness Day. This was no accident. The Christian faith is specifically targeted and under attack. This shows you the boldness and aggressiveness with which they are pursuing their anti-Christian agenda.
Conservatives are canceled by all major media. They are singularly targeted.
The leftist Democrats resist election integrity laws because they can't win without cheating.Democrats block every attempt to secure the vote.
Democrats are flooding over the border to create a one-party country, and some of your beloved (Republicans) were complicit as they were in bed with the corporations as the corporations said they needed more workers. The truth is that the Democrats have been planning this since President Kennedy's time.
The Left tried to remove Trump from the ballot of various states and worked with the FBI and Justice Department to suppress the Hunter Biden laptop (which, polling now proves, would have changed the 2020 election results). Shockingly, former speaker Paul Ryan, a traitor, was the first one to know about the Russian dossier but kept it hidden. He sabotaged Trump's first term. You say, well, wasn't he a Republican? Yes, but he married into the Oklahoma Democrat dynasty, where Boren was a Democrat governor and U.S. senator.
Moreover, Ryan's wife was a liberal and catered to many liberal groups.The speaker was literally sleeping with the enemy. Neither Trump nor the Republicans hada loyal ally in Ryan as speaker. To add injury to insult, Ryan is now a director at Fox News. We just don't seem to be able to get rid of these bad apples.
You think you are safe in your home? Trump, a former president, under Secret Service protection, had his house invaded by the FBI—the first in history.
How about the past president being arrested by the current president? If he is not safe, then neither are you.
And for the cherry on top of that ice cream sundae, President Biden became a multimillionaire from bribes and payments he received from our enemies. He admitted to committing a felony but was found by Special Counsel Hur to be too old and feeble to stand trial. There is no such provision in the law for this. If he is too feeble to stand trial, he is too feeble to be president. As President Harry Truman said, “Show me a man that gets rich by being a politician, and I’ll show you a crook.” Biden has been in D.C. for over 50 years.

How has all this happened? Stupid people are allowed to vote. That is why Socrates opposed Democracy, because the powerful vote was given to the least capable of exercising that power properly. The simple-minded have always been preyed upon by the demagogues, and the demagogues always won. By the way, the people of Athens took a vote to kill Socrates, and consequently, Socrates was killed simply for having a different opinion.This is what the Left mentality does.

You Should Be Alarmed

So, back to today, Cuomo, in a rare instance of honesty, stated what many of us know: the trials against Trump are legally improper, corrupt and should have never been brought.

I've practiced law for 44 years, argued cases, and engaged in the appellate process scores of times. Having observed and delved into the details of the trials against Trump, they are so flawed and exhibit such an abuse of process, or in the more common term, malicious prosecution, that not only will these cases be overturned on appeal, but these prosecutors should be on trial themselves and disbarred, i.e., lose their license and never be allowed to practice law again. I believe the higher courts should have sua sponte (on their own motion) taken the initiative to intervene in what was a global spectacle of a judicial drag show. Remember, judges are not hermetically sealed off from the world, and they all saw the travesty of injustice unfold. It is shameful that an intervention was not exercised.

If I had my druthers, due to the massive damage done to our judicial system and the Constitution, I would have Bragg, James and Fani serving a lengthy jail term for conspiracy and corruption.Had I been sitting as a judge on a reviewing court, I would have, at the very least, picked up the phone to Juan Merchan and would have told him, “If you don’t recuse or start conducting yourself properly, your career will be over.” Do I hear you say, “Oh, that never happens”? Get your head out of the sand. I know better.

The bottom line is this: regardless of your political persuasion, you should be alarmed and frightened at how the judicial system is being abused and used to persecute a political opponent. Ifthey cando it to Trump, it would be a walk in the park for them to do it to you.November will be your last chance to protect all that you hold dear unless you find living on your knees preferable.
