Welcome to Week 8 of the NFL's regular season. We've got you covered with all the injury news with kickoff on the horizon.
As usual, injuries to key playersis the story of the day. Whether they will play or not is still up in the air, so we've got you covered here with the latest news.
Key players already ruled out for Week 8 include: Ryan Tannehill, Tae Davis, Robert Woods, Sheldon Rankins, Brevin Jordan, Vonn Bell, Laviska Shenault, Zay Jones, Nick Bolton, James Hurst, Kylen Granson, Braden Smith, Joe Tippmann, Daniel Jones, Gary Brightwell, Bradley Roby, Cody Barton, Deebo Samuel, Deshaun Watson, Marcus Williams, Nate Davis, Terell Smith and Justin Fields.
Brock Purdy practiced on Friday and will play today after clearing concussion protocol.

The biggest news for the Niners is that they will have starting quarterback Brock Purdy, who was in concussion protocol this week. They will be without wide receiver Deebo Samuel, who was ruled out ahead of the weekend with a shoulder injury.

Quarterback Kyler Murray was listed as doubtful this week, after being a full participant throughout the week. The quarterback has not played this season as he recovers from an ACL injury. He is not listed on the inactive report this week.

Giants'Jones out Week 8, eyeing Week 10 return
Giants quarterback Daniel Jones will once again be sidelined with a neck injury. He is targeting Week 10 as his return, per ESPN. The Giants face the Cowboys in Week 10. It is still possible that he could return Week 9 to face the Raiders, but he still has not been cleared for contact, so it is looking unlikely that he comes back next week.

Ramsey set for Dolphins debut
Miami Dolphins cornerback Jalen Ramsey is set to make his season debutSunday against the New England Patriots after being activated off injured reserve. He underwent surgery on his knee three months ago to repair a torn meniscus, causing him to start the season on IR. The team opened his practice window on Oct. 18 and he was listed as limited in practice this week.
